The system also has a plugin management architecture where you can quickly develop a new workstation plugin with different external systems.
Possible integrations are mainly related to the premise version. Infinity Enterprise is a performance-driven system for organizations that want their own personalized solution on their own server with the possibility of advanced integrations and adjustments of the system (new functionality, new subsystems, the new modules). Possible integration with directory services (AD/IDS/LDAP).
However, plugin integration is also possible for the Cloud version. It is about Integration with Supported Global External Systems (InfoBip, MailJet, Integration with External DMS for Document Storage), Integration with Client’s Web Site (Web Forms), etc.
